Bellini as their CEO. Dr. Bellini was the CEO of Canada's most
successful biotech company, developing a broadly used HIV drug and
selling the company for nearly $6B to Shire (SHGPY). |

Disease is the company's lead drug and responsible for nearly all the
valuation. Fibrillex goes to the FDA early in 2006, but it has a very
shaky statistical package and most believe it will not be approved. |
