April's Biotech Monthly
revisits ViRexx (AMEX:REX) an early stage biotech company with
three platform technologies. Their claim to fame is the development of
OvaRex and the platform that drug is based upon. A rpedecessor company
to ViRexx outlicensed OvaRex in 2000 for a song to United
Therapeutics (UTHR) who has advanced it through Phase III trials and
recently broke ground on a new manufacturing facility for the drug. |
 |
|
| ViRexx's new Chimigen
oncology platform technology is at least equal to that of the one they
outlicensed to United. |
