July's
Biotech Monthly debuts BSR's coverage on Dynavax (DVAX),
the Berkeley, CA company who we feel is a leader in the toll-like
receptor (TLR) field. They have two drugs in Phase III trials. Heplisav
is a preventative vaccine for hepatitis B. Tolamba is a drug for people
with ragweed allergies. They also have a budding oncology program,
leveraging the unique innate immune system stimulant properties of TLRs. |
 |
|
| TLRs are one of the hottest
new technology areas in biotech right now. This issue not only describes
why Dynavax interests us, it serves as an update to our previous issues
on TLRs. |
