| Our group first formed in 1998 in
response to what we believed was an absence of intelligent, unbiased research
understandable by investors of all experience levels and backgrounds. |

| This team brought its vision of a new type of
research organization to investors in May of 1999. NymbleInvestor.com was launched when the first of what would be some 850
daily market newsletters was published. While we were not always correct, we still managed
to put together a track record few -- if any -- investment newsletters were able to match
during some of the most turbulent market conditions in memory. It's
worth noting more than 95% of
all our stock picks at the NymbleInvestor.com site were from the long side. |

over 60 points between May 1999 and October 2001. |

biotechnology research team. We're not MDs and we've haven't been through
the investment bank wringer. We think that makes us unique and able to break out of the
